Fabscraps Heritage Mini Album...

Hello,

Another beautiful Fabscraps album - created in the same way as my previous album from a couple of posts ago...

This time using papers from Fabscraps Heritage papers...

The flower was created using a large Kaszazz Daisy topped with a Dusty Attic flower.  The 'memories' chipboard is also a Dusty Attic product, painted black and coated with glossy accents.

These a such gorgeous papers and this will make an absolutely stunning gift!

Off to create another project - hope you are too!

Horse Cards-Masculine

Howdy

For you horse lovers out there, I have some new cards to share today.
The horse images are all from the one set by Inkadinkadoo-99540-Horses/Chevaux.

This card has a panel of white card embossed in cuttlebug folder Diamonds in the Rough. The horse was stamped on to natural white card, then attached to brown card. Nutural twine ribbon is knotted around the panel and three blue brads added below. This piece is then attached to a strip of blue card and taped to the card front. The horse was stamped a second time on to white card and cut cut. This horse was attached above the first one then coated with glossy accents. A label was stamped and punched, and mounted below the brown panel. Candy dots finished off.

This card is the same colours and embossing folder. A large square brad and ribbon were added to the top corner. The horses panel is matted with blue and then brown card. The sentiment from Kaszazz is stamped and embossed in brown powder.

On this card the horse was stamped, coloured with watercolour pencils then covered with crystal effects.

The image and the green and black matting panels on this card have punched edges.
The horse was stamped a second time on to spare card and cut out, then mounted above the main card, and coated in crystal effects.
The sentiments are again from Kaszazz.

This card is black and white. I die cut a frame then embossed in a folder and rubbed over the embossing with Inka gold. Acetate was layered over the stamped horse panel then taped behind the frame. This was then taped to natural white card, then black card, and attached to the card base. The label was stamped, cut into a banner shape, attached to a black strip, and fixed to the card. A button tied with ribbon was added.

I hope you enjoy these cards and will drop by again soon.
Till next time- keep happy

Melissa Frances Pocket Envelopes - Mini Album...

Hello,

I have had (for a while) in my collection of goodies a packet of Melissa Frances Banker's Envelopes...  This is a pack of 6 Kraft envelopes and 6 White tags.  I had planned to add one here and there to albums as I created them, but I changed my mind - as you do - hehe - and decided to create an album featuring the Envelopes.

I chose Neutral colours for the papers as the envelopes are kraft in colour - 2 featuring script, 2 with dots and the other 2 have a damask type print so I did not wish to  detract away from the envelopes themselves.

The round chipboard in the top right corner of the album cover is a Kaszazz Springtime wood embellishment.  The "Moments" chipboard is from Scrapmatts Scrapwords and the butterflies are punched using Stampin'Up's Bitty Butterfly punch.

Bound with my Zutter and embellished with ribbons.
Back cover...

I have popped into each 'pocket', the 6 White tags that were included - ready to add messages...

Have a fantastic day!
See you again soon,

Fabscraps Album High Tea...

Good Morning,

Today I have a long post (well mostly pictures!) for you, so get comfortable...

This beautiful tabbed album was created using Papers from Fabscraps High Tea Range.  I painted the base album with black acrylic paint, allowed to dry, then added the papers.  I then decided on which pages I would like to add pockets for tags, created these and added them to the album...

The layered flower was created using Kaszazz flowers, carefully streaking an alcohol marker out from the centre and then joined with a brad.  The pearl flourish is from "Want to Scrap's" - pearl bling.

Many, many places to add photos or memorabilia - tags, pockets and pages.

The back cover...

(I thought it would be easier to make the photos for all the pages smaller, as I wanted to show you them all!!)

Hope you have enjoyed seeing my High Tea Album,
Great to see you!

Kaisercraft Bird Cage

Hello

Today I am sharing with you my latest off the page project.

I started with the Kaisercraft wooden birdcage. It was first painted with Ferro metal effect in silver and copper and sections were then highlighted with Inka Gold rubbed over.
Silk flowers and leaves, mesh and wire butterflies, and a small clear acrylic bird, which was coloured with an alcohol marker were attached using a hot glue gun.
A Prima rhinestone, pearl and resin flower flourish was applied.
The large blue and gold bird was die cut using a Tim Holtz die. The bird is blue linen paper which was attached to double sided adhesive chipboard, and the wing gold glitter card. It was fixed to the cage using foam pads and hot glue, a rhinestone added to the eye, then coated with glossy accents.
A silver hanging chain was added.

A great decor piece for yourself, or a lovely gift.

Till next time

Kaisercraft Cherry Blossom - Mini Album...

Good afternoon,

Kaszazz sell packs of 5x5 Chipboard Album covers... great product to work with! I just paint the edges, allow to dry, then adhere my patterned paper.  In this case I have used beautiful papers from Kaisercraft Cherry Blossom Paper Pad and embellished with Collectables from the same range...

I bound the album using my Zutter - quick and easy...

Love the colours in this range of papers...

Also in the papers pads, there are die-cuts, I have used a selection of these on the pages of the album...

These paper pads have some glossy images - just stunning....

I added twine to the little tags etc and have tucked these into various places...

Layering up on some pages and keeping it simple on others...

"You are my Sunshine"...

"Find the beauty in Life"...

Some of these pages appear as if they have been watercoloured.

Soft pinks and mint greens...

Inside the back cover, and the back cover.
