Fairy Cards

Hello

I do not usually do fairies, but I absolutely love the woodland critters. Of course they really go together.
These cards have been created with the adorable Forest Fairies and Friends from Kaszazz. Who could resist them?

All stamping has been done with archival ink, and shading with distress ink.  Stamped panels are matted on to silver foil card and fixed to coloured card bases. Stickles glitter glue has been used on all cards, and rhinestones and ribbon add to the detail.                                         Each of the cards has an image stamped, fussy cut and mounted above the others. The first card has the squirrel and the squat mushroom. The second has the squirrel and the coloured mushroom cap. The third has the fox.

This fourth card is along the same theme but in a different colourway.
All cards have stamped corresponding inserts and envelopes.

I hope you enjoy this little trip to the fairy forest.
Till next time

Darkroom Door Blue Butterfly Cairns/Australia Cards...

Hello,

Following is a selection of Butterfly cards I have created using Darkroom Door's Butterfly stamp set. After stamping the butterflies with black ink, I have coloured them using Copic B29 Ultramarine, then covered them in glossy accents.

These cards are fantastic for visitors to Cairns and have been great for Thank-you cards for when travelling overseas.

Hope to see you again soon,

Cascade Cards

Hello

These are a couple of cascade cards made recently

This first card is an interlocking design, and designed to fit into a regular sized envelope.
The front, back and inside panels are covered in patterned paper, and a panel added to the back for a message. The flower, banner and sentiment dies are from Kaszazz. The butterfly stamp and punch is from Stampin'up.

This second card uses a vine die from Kaszazz and flower and butterfly stamps and punches from Stampin'up.
Rhinestones, stickles, and glossy accents have been added to both cards.

100 Card...

Hello,

100th Birthday - what a momentous occasion! I was asked to create a card to celebrate a 100th Birthday incorporating meaningful things from the recipients life and this is my creation!

The recipient who celebrated his 100th Birthday, loves San Francisco, skiing, and the Stanford Indians. I used a red card base, layered with white card embossed to create the illusion of snow above the Stampscapes stamp. I hand drew the San Francisco Bridge and the Stanford image (inspired by images from Google) and stamped the indian with a Stamp World stamp - Indian Chief.

I was so happy with the result... what do you think?
