Mini Albums... Love ...

Hello,

How are you? I hope you are enjoying plenty of crafting time!  Today I have three mini albums to show you.  In my stash I had an older Stampin' Up Pack of Pockets and Pieces Office Accents which inspired me to create these Minis...

The album on the left in the above photo "always" features images from a Stampin Up set - Affection Collection on the front and back covers, embossed in white.

The red album, features a Tim Holtz Ticket, scalloped hearts die-cuts using Mpress dies and embossed wording from a Stampin' Up Wheel, and the back stamp is from Stampin' Up's You are Loved Set.

Lastly, the black Mini, simply called "Love" is embellished with black embossed hearts from Stampin' Up's set I heart hearts.

Inside all three albums, I have used the Pockets and Pieces Accents from Stampin' Up - there are many little flaps, pockets, places to add photos and journalling.

 Thanks for visiting,

Valentine Card in a Box...

Hello,

Sharing with you today another Card in a Box - I think once you have made one of these types of cards - you can't stop making them - they are so versatile...

I have a used a white base and all the panels are red cardstock which has been embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder.

The hearts are created with Stampin' Up's I (heart) Heart stamp set and co-ordinating punch.  The larger scalloped hearts are die-cut with an Mpress Die.  I have also heat embossed the hearts using Stamp World's Gold Tinsel, Zing Glitter Red and Tim's Distress Fired Brick embossing powders.

The wording "Life is Beautiful" is from Stampin' Up's Style Beautiful Stamp Set.

The back panel simply says "Love" from Kaisercraft's "On This Day" set.

And, of course these cards fold flat to fit inside an envelope.

Have a beautiful day!

Valentine Canvas...

Hello,

All things Valentine... Hearts, Love, Red, Lace....

I have created a canvas that features lots of Valentine elements.

I started with a layer of red card which I have torn the edges all the way around, then added a layer of tissue type cloth.  The large scalloped heart is cut using a die from Mpress and then embossed. The Tickets are from Tim Holtz. A strip of lace...

I added 2 gold heart brads and some little handstitched gold crosses to my canvas with some glossy accents on the smaller hearts for a touch of shine.

Have you started creating your Valentine projects yet?

Bo Bunny Head Over Heels - Love Card

Love,

It is beautiful isn't it - where would we be without it!  I have a beautiful Easel Card to show you today.

I created this card using papers from the Bo Bunny Head Over Heels range - Boyfriend and Head Over Heels.  Tim Holtz Dies - Tattered Florals, Tattered Leaves and Elegant Flourishes have been my favourite dies of the moment - I have used them on a couple of projects lately!

I made the card with a double front layer - I offset each layer each in a different direction. Lots of Ribbon and Bling of course....

This is the inside of the card, I used an Mpress Die to cut out the fabulous heart.  Don't you just love the colours!!

For a more detailed list of instructions and products, please got to http://www.wildaboutscrap-dt.blogspot.com.au/2014/03/bo-bunny-easel-card.html#more

And don't forget, while you are over at Wild About Scrap the are having their Birthday Sale until the 30th April 2014  - so happy shopping!!

Wedding Tags - Flowers and Hearts

Hello

Just having a quick break from making cards - so have made two beautiful tags for you...

The first tag is created using a Tim Holtz die and many, many pre-made flowers.  The Love bingo stamp is from Kaisercraft and the little Heart is from the Stampin' Up Owl Punch.  I also used rhinestones, ribbon and crystal effects for some of the flower centres.

This beautiful white tag was created with a Heart printed Vellum, a pre-made rectangular frame and an assortment of Hearts - Spellbinders, M Press Dies and Cuttlebug Embossing Folders.  "With Love" is a Stampin' Up stamp.

Just add to your Wedding gift - beautiful!!

For the Bride and For the Groom

Good Morning

Something a little different in the way of wedding cards - these ones are For The Bride and For The Groom.

I am not even sure if you can buy such a card - I guess you would be able too....

When I was creating these cards - the thought I had in mind was for the Bride to write a beautiful, love filled (romantic huh?!?) card to her Groom, so then I thought the Groom should be able to do the same for his Bride so I created a Bride one also. I used the same grey on each card as the underneath layer, mounted both with a white embossed (flourishes for the Bride and Cogs for the Groom) layer. Die Cut Cogs, hearts  and a pocket watch for the Groom, stamped and punched (Stampin Up) flowers and die-cut hearts and leaves for the Bride. I used the label Punch from Stampin Up for the wording. Matching Silver ribbon and rhinestones was used for both,

This is another photo of the Bride card - as you can see it was a little bit tricky to get a great photo.  The silver from the ribbon and the Silver Embossed flowers (Better view in this photo) kept bouncing off my flash!

If you are feeling like you need to express a few loving words to your Groom or your Bride what could be more perfect than a card like this? I have left the insert relatively blank (a flourish in the corner for the Bride and Cogs in the corner for the Groom - so there is plenty of space to write all those loving thoughts down in the card to be treasured forever - I think I need a tissue hehe...

These cards will be available on our online store,
Have a love filled day

Mpress Heart Dies

Hello,

One of my Favourite blogs to visit is Grabrielle Pollacco's Blog - Such a pretty Mess - her work is absolutely amazing.  My following card was inspired by one of her fabulous creations.

I have not added as many embellishments as Gabrielle did - I kept mine a lot simpler.  The hearts are die-cut using Mpress dies.  The flowers were pre-made - I think Kaiser from memory and I used these as the base for my choice of colours.  The leaf twigs are punched with a Martha Stewart Punch.

I stamped the word Love (Stampin Up) in Tempting Turquoise Ink (Stampin Up) and clear embossed with clear embossing powder.

I have left the insert blank - well I should say wordless - as I have stamped hearts inside - so this card can be used for many occasions - anniversary, wedding (if you don't require a white card), or just as an I Love You card...

Love....
