Today I have a couple of cards to share with you. These cards were created using Kaszazz Ocean Friends stamp set. Seagrass, Coastal, and Bubbles background stamps are also used.
Both cards have white bases with the images stamped on white card and matted to ocean card. The backgrounds have been sponged with distress inks and washed over with a waterbrush. Images were stamped with archival ink and coloured with watercolour pencils and a waterbrush
This card is a matchbook style. The spine is matted with ocean card, eyelets punched and added, twine threaded through buttons coloured with alcohol markers and knotted before taping to the card back section.
Seagrass has been stamped with olive archival ink and all other images with black archival ink.
The lower fish was stamped a second time on to white card, coloured, fussy cut and mounted above the stamped image. The mounted fish, one star fish and the bubbles have been coated in glossy accents. The sentiments are from Live life set.
This card is tent style. Bubbles background was stamped to the lower half of the front panel and the turtle stamped. The seagull was stamped to the top right. The dolphins were stamped to the card and a second time on to white card, coloured and fussy cut before mounting above the originals. The dolphins and the turtle shell have been coated with glossy accents, and ice stickles added to the splashes and the waterline.
The sentiment from Birthday greetings is white embossed. Pewter brads and a star clip finish off this design.
