Stampin'up- Moon Lake- watercolour cards

These cards have been created using the new Moon Lake stamp set from Stampin'up

This card is a matchbook style with a 2.5 cm spine on the card front.
The image has been stamped with black Staz-on ink on to watercolour card and coloured with ink pads and an aqua brush. This was die cut with deco labels, matted onto a larger piece of paper and then on to chevron embossed lost lagoon card, and onto a white base card. A smaller frame, die cut from lagoon card was placed round the image and coated with crystal effects. The sentiments are from Sheltering Tree set.

 



As I wish to use the reeds on this image several times, I cut the stamp apart.
The loon and the reeds are again stamped in stazon on to watercolour card and coloured with ink pads and an aqua brush. This is matted on to lagoon card, then paper and on to a white card base.

 



For this card the image is again on watercolour card. Lagoon card has been die cut with an oval, embossed in the clouds folder, placed over the stamped and coloured image, wrapped with twine threaded through a button and attached to a white card. The banner sentiment is from Itty bitty banners. The sentiment on the insert is from the new Butterfly basics set.
