Sweet Candy Canes - Stampin'up

 Hello

Sweet Candy Canes stamps, dies and papers from Stampin'up were used to create these cards.

The candy canes were die cut from the patterned paper and layered on to candy canes die cut from white card, to give extra strength.

Candy canes paper was used for the backgrounds of these two cards. Red card  and distressed gold paper was also used on the top card. Mistletoe Magic and Basic borders dies were also used.

Green card, and silver foil card were used here and layering circles dies.

Ribbon, gems, seasonal sequins, glitter glue, stardust pens, glossy accents and Wink of Stella pens were used for highlights.

Mistletoe Magic - Stampin'up

 Hello

These cards feature Mistletoe Magic, stamps and die set from Stampin'up. Christmas Banners sets were also used.

Gold and silver papers and Peaceful Deer papers were used, as was Swiss dots embossing folder and Colour and Contour Dies.

Ribbons, gems, trinkets, glossy accents and glitter glue were applied and Stardust pen added highlights.

Lavinia - Fairies...

Hello,

I have five cards for you to day, all featuring beautiful fairies from Lavinia.

Card one: Lavinia Freya and all foliage from Kaisercraft - Full Bloom

Card Two: Lavinia Flower Fairy and foliage from a Japanese Wooden Stamp

Card Three: Lavinia Bria Rose, foliage from Kaisercraft Full Bloom, Butterflies are from Stampendous Butterfly Beauties.

Card Four: Lavinia Moon Fairy and foliage is Seasonal Tree from Lavinia and Dylusions Oodles of Foliage across the bottom of the card.

Card Five: Lavinia Moments Like These, Stampendous Butterfly Beauties and foliage from Kaisercraft Full Bloom.

All the backgrounds were created with Distress Oxide Inks on white card, then layered on coloured card bases.

Regal Reindeer - Stampin'up

 Hello 

When I saw this Regal Reindeer stamp and die set from Stampin'up, I knew I had to have it.

These are my first three card ideas.

Papers from Peaceful Deer and Peaceful Cabin were used for backgrounds.

Softly Falling embossing folder, and Christmas Banners, and Banners for Christmas stamps and dies were also used.

Images were coloured with pencils, and highlighted with Stardust gelly roll pens.

Twine, gems, puffy snow, and glitter glue and glossy accents were added to finish the designs.

Lavinia - Pixies, Fairies and Dragons...

 Hello

Pixies, fairies and a dragon are todays' theme. The cute little dragon is from Lavinia and the funky trees on this first card are from a Kaisercraft set called Hey Birdie.

Fairy Chain Small and Creeping Vine (top of the card) are from Lavinia. The flowers and leaves across the bottom of the card below are from Kaisercraft's Full Bloom using Liquid Pearls for the flower centres.

Below: Lavinia Small Pixies and Miniature Stars are framed by Lavinia's Fuchsia and Hero Arts Blooming Meadow, again using Liquid pearls for the flower centres.

I really enjoy using these Lavinia Stamps!

Leaves of Holly - Stampin'up

 Hello

The Leaves of Holly, stamp, die and paper collection from Stampin'up, was used for these lovely Christmas cards.

 

Distressed gold, gold and rose gold, and peaceful Deer papers were also used, as was gold foil card and dies from Colour and Contour set.

Ribbons, gems and twine were added, and Glossy accents, glitter glue, and Wink of Stella pens were used to highlight.

The traditional colours of Christmas seem to make the most beautiful cards.

Seas The Day 02 - Stampin'up

 Hello

This is a second set of cards using Seas the Day stamp and die set from Stampin'up

Card 2 is a shaker card. Acetate was attached behind the front frame.

The background paper was stamped, the die cuts added, and sequins placed on top. The front frame was then attached and embellished with further die cuts and gems added.

Sea of Textures set was also used along with  the seahorse die from Cheery Lyn and shell dies from IO.

Diorama dies were also used.
