Lavinia 2

Still playing with Lavinia Stamps, here is the second set of cards.

Backgrounds were again created first using masking techniques and Distress inks.

Stamps used for this card are Zanor, Zen Thistle, Orchid, Lavender, Fuschia, and Silhouette thistles.

The orchid was stamped in Versamark ink and white embossed, after the other images were stamped with Versafine ink.

White gel pen, Stickles glitter glue and Wink of Stella and Stardust glitter pens were used for highlights.

Stamps for this card are Toad Lodge, Small whimsical wisps, Fairy barnacle, Lavender, Spotty toadstools, Bats and Stone path.

Liquid pearls and glitter glue and Wink of Stella and Stardust pens were applied.

Stamps for this card are King Hopkins, Bogart, Lilly pad, Bullrushes, Bugs, and Fairy Orbs.

All images (except Fairy Orbs) were stamped with Versafine inks.

Fairy Orbs were stamped with Versamark ink and Perfect Pearls brushed over.

Sardust pens, Wink of Stella, and Stickles glitter glue were again used.

Lavinia 1

 Hello

For these cards I went back to some of my favorite Lavinia Stamps.

Backgrounds were created first using masking techniques and Distress Ink blending.

Stamping was done with Versafine inks.

Stamps used for the first card were Mushrooms, Lilly, Lavender, Fern Leaf and Vine.

The Mini Flowers and Fairy Forager were stamped with Versamark ink and white embossed.

White gel pen was used to highlight stems, and Stickles glitter glue was added to the vine.

For the second card stamps used were Owl, Tree Den, Bluebells, Slender Mushrooms and Mini Slender Mushrooms, Creeping Vine, Whimsical Hares and Bugs.

Stardust pens were used for the spider web and hand drawn border, and white gel pen and Stickles glitter glue for highlights.

For this card, stamps used were Gaggle of Geese, Meadow Grass, Bugs, Birds and Mini Snail.

A gem, white gel pen, and glitter glue were again used.

For all cards the completed panels were layered on to white card, then on to a coloured card base.

By the Waterside - Stampin'up

 Hello

Hope you are all well.

By The Dock, Paradise Palms, and On the Horizon, stamp and die sets from Stampin'up were used to create these cards.

The sailboats used here are from Lillypad Lake set, also from Stampin'up.

Background papers are from Kaszazz Coastal collection.

Stamping was done with Archival inks, and colouring with Watercolour pencils.

Art in Bloom - Stampin'up

 Hello

Art in Bloom stamps and hybrid embossing folder and dies were used in the making of these cards.

The panel of green card was embossed and die cut, and the edges shaded and distressed.

The flower image was stamped on to white card using orange and yellow Versafine inks, then mounted using dimensionals, behind the green panel. This piece was then fixed to the white card base.

The decorative strips were stamped, layered together and tied with twine then added to the card, along with stamped and die cut leaves and the open die cut leaves. Die cut small flowers and gems were added. Glossy accents, stickles glitter glue and wink of stella pen were applied for highlights.

Flowers were stamped then die cut and embossed through the hybrid embossing folder.

Patterned paper was layered on to white card, wrapped with a bow tied ribbon and layered on to the coloured card base.

The embossed, die cut flowers were arranged and mounted and the small die cut flowers and leaves added. Gems, glitter glue, glossy accents and wink of stella were again applied.

The flowers which were remaining from the green die cut panel of the first card were used here.

They were stamped with versamark ink and embossed with copper powder.

Vanilla card was embossed in the folder, shaded with blue ink, the edges distressed, then wrapped with two strips of green ribbon. This was then added to the green card base and a white doily centrally attached. 

The green flowers were arranged and mounted, along with leaves die cut from copper foil and white pearl card. Glitter glue was applied to the flower centres and pearls to the corners.

Pretty Birds - Stampendous

 Hello

For these chirpy cards I have used stamp, die and stencil sets from Stampendous.

The white card background panel was embossed in a Cuttlebug folder then shaded with Distress Ink. The edges were distressed and the panel layered on to dark brown card then on to the blue card base. The images were stamped, coloured with pencils, then die cut and positioned, then mounted on to the card. Gems, and glitter glue were applied, then Glossy accents added to the birds eye and Wink of Stella brushed over the birds wing and tail.

Stamp set used is Cling Bird Blossom.

The white card background was stencilled with the tree, using Distress inks, then shaded with blue. The edges were distressed and a hand drawn border using Stardust pen was added. The panel was then layered on to brown card and added to the blue card base. The bird images were stamped, coloured with pencils, then die cut and mounted on to the card. A dragonfly charm was added, and glossy accents applied to the birds eyes. The birds wings were brushed with Wink of Stella pen and gems added to the corner.

Sunflowers - Kaszazz

 Hello

Sunflower stamps and papers from Kaszazz were used to create this collection of cards.

The large sunflower was stamped, coloured and fussy cut, then cut in half to be tucked behind the stamped, coloured, trimmed and layered sentiment panel .These were placed on to paper layers, and fussy cut sunflowers and bees from the paper collection were added on top. Gems, glossy accents and stickles were applied.

Fussy cut flowers and bees from the papers were layered along with a stamped and trimmed sentiment label.

The design on the paper was utilised for this card. The large sunflower was stamped, coloured and fussy cut then cut in half before applying the label. Fussy cut bees and gems were added.

Stampin' Up - Tropical Chic...

Hello,

Love the colours on the papers used on the following cards! Stamps used are from Stampin' Up's Tropical Chic Stamp Set.

Papers are from Stampin' Up and Kaisercraft. The dies used to cut the flower and leaves are also Stampin' Up - Tropical Thinlits Dies.

These cards are very fresh and tropical feeling!
