Double Sided Dies - Crafters Companion.

Hello

These card shapes were created using Curved Rectangle Dies from Spellbinders and feature double sided dies from Crafters Companion.

The bases were cut by placing the folded white card over one edge of the die. Coloured card was die cut using the same positioning and matted on the front. Patterned paper was then cut using the next smaller die, and layered on top.
The yellow card uses Sprigs and blossoms double sided die and the blue card uses Cosmos double sided die both from Crafters Companion.
These dies have different shapes on each side of the die, and are used by placing the required card on each side before die cutting.
The stamped and die cut labels are from Just Rite.
To the yellow card the sprigs and blossoms were glued in place with the raffia ribbon covering the join in the paper and stems.
The blue card has a Heartfelt Creations accent die added with the leaves and flower placed on top.
Gems, pearls, Stickles glitter glue and glossy accents were added.

Crafters Companion products are available from Kaszazz.

The  front and inside back panel of the card were layered with deep red card and patterned paper. Ribbon was wrapped and tied into a bow before attaching.
The other panel inside the card was covered in paper.

A stamped and die cut square of white card was added to this, and a stamped and die cut rectangular card was added to the other side for a message.

Special Day Front Step Cards

Hello

We have a couple of front step cards to show you today.

This is a 5 x 7" card with a step strip attached to the front base.
Kaisercrafts' Key to My Heart paper, matted on to pink pearl card was added to all panels.
Ivory seam binding ribbon was wrapped across the front step panel and tied into a bow, before attaching. The sentiment was stamped, die cut into an oval and fixed to a larger pink pearl scalloped oval. This was mounted centrally on the card front.
Roses were stamped, coloured with pencils, die cut, and shaped, using Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose, stamps, dies and mould.

As the card would be suitable for a birthday or a wedding, I created labels either each purpose.

This card was made in the same way, but in a different size.
Stampin'up papers were used and the flowers were created using Petite Petals stamp and punch, also from Stampin'up.

Hello

For todays share we have a couple of recessed or inset panel cards for you.

This card is a 5 x 7" top fold card.
A panel of white card, slightly smaller than the base, was embossed and two curved sections were marked and removed. This was then fixed to green card, and the curved panels were removed leaving a small border along the edges, to show behind the white card.

Gems and glitter glue were applied.

This card front was matted with red card followed by patterned paper.

This was added to green card the same size as the paper, and the panel removed, again leaving a small border along the edges. This panel was mounted over the paper panel, and the die cut flower, leaves and berry sprigs added. A stamped and punched label was added to the bottom.
