G'Day it's Christmas - Kaszazz Sketchy Emu 1 & 2

 Hello

To create these fun cards I used stamps and papers from Kaszazz - Greetings from Australia collection.

I first cut a tent fold card base, then cut a rectangular aperture from the card front. The same size rectangle was used to cut an aperture into each of a slightly smaller piece of white card to fit inside the card front, and from Garland paper for the card front. The same rectangle was also cut from even smaller red card to form a frame for the front.
The emu was stamped on to vellum and coloured on the back with markers.
Garland paper was cut to fit the inside of the card back and fixed in place.

                  Inside back of card

To assemble the card front the emu panel was added, the paper layered on top and then the red frame. The G'day it's Christmas sentiment is part of a larger stamp which was masked, then stamped and fussy cut to size. This was then fixed across the base of the card. A small Santa hat was stamped, coloured and fussy cut, then added to the emu. Some gum leaves and flowers were fussy cut from wreath paper and added to the top corner. Have a Good One sentiment was stamped on to the reverse of garland paper and added inside the card. Gems were added to the emu eyes and the card front corners, and Stickles glitter glue to the hat and gum flowers.

This card is much more simple. It is an A5 card scored and folded at the 7.5 cm line. Panels of Garland paper were cut to fit both inside panels and the front of the card. Have a Good One was stamped onto the reverse of a piece of Wreath paper and die cut into a circle. This was attached to the inside back of the card, and gum flowers and leaves fussy cut from wreath paper and added. A second circle of the same paper was die cut and attached to the other side for a message.

For the front of the card the emu, the Santa hat and the sentiment were stamped on to white card. The images were coloured with pencils and a water brush, then fussy cut. The hat was glued onto the emu, and the image then mounted to the card front. The sentiment was added above.

Pearls were coloured with Tri Blend markers and added to the eyes and corners of the card. Glitter glue was used on the flowers and Santa hat, and glossy accents on the emu's beak.

I hope you enjoy these fun cards.

Christmas - Kaisercraft Letters to Santa 2

Hello

Hope you are well.

To create these gatefold cards, I have again used Kaisercraft Letters to Santa paper pad.

To this card I added a die cut poinsettia, a stamped and die cut label and some wooden tree and bell embellishments, which I coloured with ink and then glittered. Gems were added.

For this image panel I fussy cut Santa and the children from one of the panels. A rectangle of music pattern paper was added to red card then attached to the card front. To this a die cut tree was fixed then Santa and the children mounted over the top. The label was added along with gems and glitter glue.

A Spellbinders die was used to cut the filigree frame in red card and this was then attached to white card and fussy cut around the outline. The Santa image was added to the centre and the white sections of card covered in glitter glue.
This panel was added to the card front along with a die cut poinsettia, a holly branch and leaves and a stamped sentiment. Glitter glue and gems were then added.

This card has the image layered on to paper and card and attached to the front. A die cut poinsettia and holly leaves and sprigs and a twine bow were added. Gems and glitter glue again finished off the designs.

Sentiments were stamped on to card panels and added to the inside of each card.

Have a great day

Christmas - Kaisercraft Letters to Santa

Hello

The Season is almost upon us.
These cards were created using papers from Kaisercraft  Letters to Santa collection.

To this square white card base I added dotty paper cut into a frame. The image was layered on to a die cut scalloped square of red card and placed in the centre. A border strip was layered on to red card and placed across the bottom, and a label, also from the papers was added to the top. The poinsettia was created using  Heartfelt Creations dies. A die cut holly leaf, some gems and glitter glue were added.

This card utilises die cut scalloped frames from Paper Roses. The larger frame is placed over the patterned paper. An image is placed inside the smaller frame and is then mounted in the centre. The poinsettia is from a Tim Holtz die and is positioned at the end of the sentiment over a die cut holly branch. Gems and glitter glue were then added.

To this white base I added a layer of green card, then green patterned paper. A die cut from Heartfelt Creations Festive Holiday was added to the right, then a panel of green paper layered on to green card to the left. Red glitter tape was wrapped along this piece. The image panel was matted on to green card then added. A satin bow, poinsettias, holly leaves, gems and glitter glue finish off the design.

This square card has green card and patterned paper added to the base. The circular sentiment was one piece which I die cut into two circles and then layered the pieces on to larger die cut circles. Glitter tape was added to the front sentiment circle, then this was mounted on to the larger circle and added to the card. A die cut poinsettia and holly branch were added along with gems and glitter glue.

I hope you find some inspiration from these ideas.

Stellar Birthday - Kaszazz

Hello

Hope you are keeping well.

To create these fun birthday cards I used stamps and papers from Kaszazz - Stellar collection.
For each of the cards I used a white base then a layer of dark blue card.

For the first card I stamped and silver embossed the wolf on to a section of the darkest pattern paper then layered it on to the card front. I also stamped and silver embossed the wolf on to the smooth side of dark blue card and fussy cut along the edge of the wolf and mountain section. The moon area of the image was also stamped and silver embossed on to white shimmer card then die cut into a circle.
The white moon was positioned over the stamped moon on the card front and the wolf was mounted above the original image.  The sentiment was stamped and silver embossed on to blue card then die cut and added to the card.
The second card has the sentiment stamped on to white card then die cut into a circle, and a smaller white die cut circle smudged with black ink, layered on to pattern paper then added to the card front. A die cut robot and a stamped and fussy cut space ship were added along with some cogs cut from silver sticker paper.

This card has the sentiment stamped and silver embossed on to moon paper, then layered to the card front. The astronaut was stamped on to grey card then fussy cut and added to the card. Silver gel pen was used on the moon.
Stickles glitter glue and gems were added to the cards to highlight.

Kaszazz stamps used were - 6261M Lone Wolf, 6274M Word Montage-Wish upon a star, 6275M Word Montage-Explore and Dream.
Card and papers - 7414 SB - Stellar Basics.

Tis the Season - Kaszazz

Hello

These quick and easy cards were created using stamps and papers from Kaszazz - Tis the Season collection. All cards make a feature of the design on the paper.

This card is a white base with a layer of green then red card.
A Christmas script stamp was used on the patterned paper and this was then layered to the card. The chipboard ornaments were embossed with copper embossing powder then added. The sentiment was stamped, trimmed, layered on to red card, then added.
Gems, stickles glitter glue and twine bows were added to finish the design.

The above three cards have pink bases matted with red card. The same patterned paper was used in different orientations, stamped with the sentiment and the hanging ornament then added to the card front. The ornament was also stamped on to additional pattern paper, fussy cut, and mounted above the originals. Metallic thread bows were added to the ornaments, and charms tied with twine bows were added to the top corner. Gems and glitter glue were used to highlight areas of all cards.

These cards have white bases and a layer of red or green card, and use sections of the white patterned paper.
The first card has branch wreath stamped on another piece of the white paper, layered on to green card then die cut with two circle dies to create the wreath. This was attached to the card front along with some fussy cut pine cones, a ribbon bow and some red gems. A stamped and fussy cut small star was added with some red twine.
Metallic tape was placed across the card and a stamped sentiment matted with red card mounted on top.
The second card has the tree stamped directly on the patterned paper before adding the panel to the card. The stamped sentiment was trimmed and matted on green card then added. Both cards were finished with glitter glue, gems and twine bows.

I hope you are enjoying your crafting

Oh Deer

Hello

These printed glossy deer images are so colourful I felt they would get lost on a coloured background.

For all three cards I have used white card bases then a layer of green card or paper.
The background paper is varying shades of grey and white. Kaisercraft  First Edition Christmas paper. The sentiment tags are from the same collection. The deer images were layered up then mounted on top.
Green glitter washi tape, green twine, and green glittered gems were the only other items added.

Oh deer, so easy.
