Hello

How is your Christmas craft progressing?

This first card, an easel, has all the images stamped in coffee archival ink on to rain card. Snowy is stamped a second time on to white card and fussy cut, leaving off the branch arms. Torn ice crystal paper is placed across the bottom of the panel, along with silver foil tape. The images are coloured with alcohol markers. This panel is then attached to white card and added to the card base. Snowy is mounted above the original image.

Inside the card is a message panel stamped with Christmas sentiment, and the stopper is  a sentiment from Christmas Greetings set, matted to rain card, and mounted to the base card which has been covered in the ice crystal paper. Rhinestones for eyes,  pearls and stickles finish of this card.

The second card has the Snowflake stamped and silver embossed on to blue crystal paper, fixed to blue card and embossed in a quilted snowflake folder. This is wrapped with white and silver ribbon and added to the card base. The snowman image has been die cut from the paper panel and attached to a scalloped circle die cut from blue card. This was stamped with the silver embossed sentiment and then mounted to the card front. An insert was added to the card, and pearls added to the front to finish off the design.

Stash cards

Hello

I have had a desk tidy up, and created these cards with the left over die cuts, stamped images and papers from previous projects. When creating I usually do an extra image or die cut or two, and also keep the negatives from die cuts to use as frames or stencils.

Put them together, add ribbons and bling, and you have some quick and easy cards.
I need to go tidy my desk again,
so till next time,
be happy creating

Hello

Still with traditional Christmas colours of red and green, we have a pocket card for you today.
The base layer is white, then a glitter card layer and a green embossed layer. The pocket is red with a paper layer and the front greeting panel is white on a red scalloped layer. A white card with the top corners punched was stamped with a sentiment from Kaszazz Christmas cheer gift tags set and slipped into the pocket. The Merry Christmas stamp is also from Kaszazz.
The bells are cut in gold foil card using a die from Cheery Lyn, attached to red base card, then cut out, and fixed to the front sentiment panel.

Ribbon, gold twine, brads and rhinestones completed the design.
Lots of layers but easy to make.

Silhouette Tree and Reindeer Cards-Kaszazz

Hello

These cards were created using the Silhouette Trees and Silhouette Deer stamps from Kaszazz.
Snowy and Sentiment stamps also from Kaszazz

The first deer was  stamped directly on to the card base and also on to a scrap to create a mask. The image was masked and the tree stamped three times over it at different heights, and the mask removed. A strip of gold foil tape was placed across the card, The second deer is stamped on to a second piece of card and fussy cut then mounted to the card. Rhinestones and stickles was added.

The deer and trees were stamped as before, this time on to a separate piece of card. The Snowflakes from Snowy & Friends set, were stamped and white embossed over the top. The top left corner was wrapped with ribbon and the piece then matted to pale blue card. Torn blue card is placed across the bottom of the panel and the top edge curled. The panel was fixed to the card base, the sentiment stamped and punched, then mounted over the ribbon. Rhinestones and stickles finish off.

These cards form part of the same set as the previous magnetic bookmark card.

Recipe Books... Ruby Rocket and more...

Hello.

Cookies and cakes, brownies and fudge... Ok, do I have your attention now?  You need somewhere to put all your favourite recipes and I have just the place... A Recipe Book!

The Book on the right came as a kit, which included so many inserts that I decided to create a second Recipe Book - the one on the left...

This is the inside of the one I made from scratch...

And the inside of the Kit Book...

The kit from Ruby Rocket included papers, stickers, dividers/tabbed sections...

So I split all the goodies in half and created two!

Now off to eat some of those cakes, cookies and brownies....
